Service Terms

• The services of Dr. Jain's Lab are subject to full acceptance of following terms and conditions by the clients. If any of the terms are not acceptable, we advise you not to seek our services.
• Our services are free and we do not charge any money for the services envisaged on this website except nominal and negligible registration cost for which you would get a valid receipt.
• These services are available only in Agra (India). We do not provide our services in any other cities.
• The services are provided as part of our job; hence available free of cost.
• The services shall be available only between 1-3 PM. We do not see our clients privately or at our residence free or otherwise.
• The services are available with prior appointment only. If you cancel your appointment, you should intimate us preferably in advance so that we can invite other clients from waiting list.
• We see only one or two clients in a day.
• It is possible that you travel to Agra for our services and we are called for any other official job; hence we may cancel the appointment at the last moment. You must come prepared for such a cancellation. However, we try our best to serve you in such a situation. But there may be some unavoidable last minute calls.
• We are qualified and registered psychologists in India providing these services
• We advise you to consult your physician prior to seeking our services. We do not interfere in your medical treatment regimen, instead we strongly urge you to continue your standard medical treatment and add our services as complement to the main pharmacological treatment.
• We do not encourage you to seek our services with excessive enthusiasm or for extra-ordinary results. If our services are useful it is well and good; else you can always switch over to other options.
• You may contact us for any query.
• We also encourage you to participate in the discussions of Dr. Jain's Lab Community of therapists and clients.
• You are required to make your own local arrangements for accommodation and food. We do not provide any support for it.
• There is no guarantee or assurance of any kind that your condition shall be healed/resolved with our treatment. We apply our procedure and use our skills to try to heal you but there may be limitations and failures.
• There can be mild to severe side effects of our procedures particularly the procedures based on hypnosis. The side effects may resolve by its own or you may be advised to seek expert medical opinion for the side effects.
• We reserve all the rights to accept, reject, refuse any of the listed services to any person at any time including after presenting to us in person.
• Please note that you may be required to visit us on multiple occasions for assessment and treatment sessions. A single session may not usually heal your problems.
